Why on earth would you qualify it as trance? Seriously.

Ten Madison is a project by Peter Jürgens/Peter Gun. Not bad, but a lot of it is pretty generic balearic downtempo like your examples.

Also, SMC said it best. This is not trance at all. It is "balaeric" downtempo, and woefully generic at that. So I guess "balgeric" downtempo.
