Emmerson's GU's are among the few I haven't picked up/listened to.

I think there's used copies of both his editions on sale for dirt cheap at my local music store, but I've never been motivated enough to buy them.

Great cover!!! Uraguay is twisted and techy and Singapore is not quite as good. Both are worth the purchase IMO.

Great city, not so great DJ

I liked Emerson's first GU, but I thought he had gone kinda downhill, um, integrity-wise recently in the DJing department.

How so? I haven't paid a ton of attention to Emerson lately, but he was a huge influence on me back in the day, and I still bum his Singapore GU pretty regularly.

Haven't seen a recent tracklist at all though.
