my studio partner has some old Giga CDs of some stuff that i might be able to use, however, he nor i own any giga samplers (he owned a hardware one for a bit).

i have no interest in buying their samplers because most of them are out of production and don't offer support. The company doesn't look very stable and i don't feel like investing much time or money in them (ouch?).

any have any success loading GIGA files in another sampler? I own kontakt and the ableton plugs(simpler, sampler, etc)
