Hey Clovis can I please ask you a question? Doesn't it make more sense to make a December chart at the end of December? Or does a December chart pretty much = releases from November? Also, can anybody [with an account] create a top 10 list on RA? Or do you need special permission?

As long as you've had a gig registered in the RA database you can turn your account into a DJ page. And a December chart = music you'll be playing for December.
