Producers of chillout music

Anyone know of any good VST's to assist in the making of chillout music? I'm currently just using Nexus (not Nexus 2) on FL Studio 7. Are there any TA chillout producers?

Instruments software or hardware aren't genre specific. For example, you can use a guitar to play rock, blues, pop, country, folk, etc...

I agree with Zild, but there are some VSTi's that lend themselves nicely to chillout music, particularly those that excel at softer sounds, pads, arps, etc. and evolving sounds/textures. Some of my favorites for chillout are:

- Spectrasonics Omnisphere/Atmosphere
- Rop Papen Blue
- Nexus (with Perpetual Motion, Stratosphere, Big Tone 1/2, and Minimal House expansions)
- Cakewalk Rapture
- NI Massive
- NI Absynth
- NI FM7/8
