Yeah, contact a lawyer and have him look it up. Get back to us and tell us how it went. Judging from your msn conversation it's just the usual swedish attitude aka "alkoholiserad studentspexare" just as the "DJs" in this forum.

Nothing to worry about. Give 'em hell. Trance is run by kiddies, I dont know how many labels have fucked me over, even the big serious ones, and they only respons like twice a year to your fucking emails.

Looks to me like a conversation between two thirteen year olds fighting over a girl, rather than a label manager and an artist.

What does the contract agreement say? If there is a signed contract, you can be cool, but if not, then you're pretty much screwed I'm afraid.

Ja det där är ju fan nästan en naturlag i musikindustrin. Man blir alltid blåst på de första kontrakten. Har sett otals exempel på det början av 90-talet.

Kommer ihåg när Axwell fick sitt första skivsläpp som OXL nånstans i mitten av 90-talet. Har för mig att han fick i princip inget trots att vinylen gick att hitta både i London och Berlin plus inkluderades i en samling mixad av Carl Cox.

Sedan har man hört skivbolag som envisas med att signa kontrakt med artistens riktiga namn (inte på artistnamnet) och sedan slutat ge ut deras låtar och hindrat dem för att ge ut dem nån annanstans vilket gjort att dom skitit i alltihop och slutat helt.

Finns massor med exempel.

Ett sånt kontrakt har jag fått skickat till mig, turligt nog signade jag inte det men det var jävligt luddigt skrivet så får man det som första kontrakt och man är kåt på ett första släpp är det lätt hänt
