Mac Hd > Library > Audio >Plug-ins

Vst in Vst
AU in Component

NOWHERE else if you want it to work properly

yeah mate it's not the same as for the PC, you have to let the AUs install automatically, then the sequencer (whatever one you're using) will scan the location: Mac handles it, not like PCs where you have to go to so much effort putting them all in one folder

I found that folder now!

The Case is now that I deleted the Rop Papen Files and re-installed the Plug-In. It is of course now in the VST folder like Lolo stated.

But still in ableton I get the informatin that "Mac can not open the AU Blue" - how can I change that in ableton ?

I already linked the right folder under the preferences, but still the mistake is present in ableton.


I guess the Rop Papen is installed somewhere where all the AU-files are installed. Can anyone tell where the AU-Plug-Ins might be located ??
