Yes, I did expect it to be Progressive Trance/House, but I can also appreciate what they've decided to do with this album, and take the slower, more relaxed route.
But unfortunately I find that what they did here is just unspectacular, nothing stands out. And they used a lot of their old samples which I know helps create the Moonbeam sound, but it just wasn't well executed IMO. And the vocals are just downright bad (like Consumption and After Time). The one track I do like is Eyes of the Ocean, but that's probably since it's the most trancey one. But I'm not even really a trance fan anymore, I just really like most of Moonbeam's stuff, remixes included.
