It's been years since I last listen to all of Chopin's nocturnes. The most famous is probably his Nocturne in E-flat Major. My personal favorite would have to be his Nocturne in C-sharp minor.
If you enjoy the Nocturnes, I would also recommend his 24 Preludes. He wrote one in each major and minor key.
For me, I personally love the piano music of the French Impressionist composers like Debussy and Ravel. I never tire of it.

I had joined a piano forum maybe a year of so ago and man everyone one their had a hard on for Chopin. I think he was a great composer, but I didn't get why everyone was so crazy about him. imo, there are certainly better composers out there that I enjoy more. That being said, I can appreciate the majority of his work.
