Lowland - Classical Trancelations

Sounds cheesy but I loved it. Piano & string versions of various old well known trance tracks, apart from two tracks by Armin which are neither that old or good but were obviously included as its released on Armada.

The tracks aren't simply verbatim regurgitations of the main riffs, which impressed me.

Samples available on beatport. Not that many CD's left, I got mine from Amazon.

Not a unique idea, but the samples do sound good.

I'm a proud owner of this: http://www.discogs.com/release/549931

Also, I used to own some of these, which were a highly enjoyable listen: http://www.discogs.com/artist/Secti...=Section%2C+The

Yeah, maybe not the most original of ideas but i enjoy these versions.

These are totally reworked versions of tracks Lowland originally performed live with a grand piano at Orkidea's Unity label 10th anniversary party here a few years ago. Some tracks he played have not been included and as said, some new ones have been added just for the Armada release.

Clannad's Theme From Harry's Game was titled as Chicane - Saltwater in the live gig's playlist but as the version concentrates more on the atmosphere of the Clannad original, it was retitled.
