Question 1 is No you can use when you want too. But u can get only beer,water and soft drinks.

#2 I got there around 1030pm and there was a line but it moved fast. I was in within 10mins. They also said if you were in line b4 11pm they would still let u in free.

I might go...

JK! You know I'll be there bouncing off the walls all night long, lol.
