Maybe they aren't helping you because you (a) posted a WAV instead of an MP3 and (b) posted it on zshare.

Having said that, since I'm in such a good mood today and I also distinctly remember hearing that track on a Desyn Masiello mix, I looked it up and believe that it is Emjae - Safe From You.

Edit: Yeah, that's definitely it. It's also on Porterhouse 2 (the album).
