I think i asked this already in a way, but i wanted to be totally sure:

What do i have to do so that after reinstalling any synths/sequencer i still have everything that i worked with?

isit just saving the (ableton)Livesets and the "soundsaves" from the synths and then later pasting them again in to the right folder??

Even if this time the synths are installed elsewhere, will the liveset from ableton still work? What if i had a 7.0.1 and i install a 7.0.3, will it be the same??

slightly confused by your question are you looking to save your own sound patches or looking to save the project?

both actually, the project and then ofcourse the sounds that i made that are within the project

then you have answerd your own question really. when you want to save the synth sound/patch just render as a wav file. then use it again at will same goes for project files save then reuse

isnt that just to have a wav file?

lets put it easier: what would i have to do in order to be able to send the project to a friend with all the presets that i created(other synths) so that he could continue working with it, and not just listen to it.

I think it has something to do with "Collect all and save" or "manage files - packing" but im not quite through with it yet.

oh i see sorry to confuse the situation lol if they have albeton to then i believe they can just use the project files you have saved just simply send it to them how you see fit. when you exit albeton it will ask you to save the project to a chosen folder.once the file has been saved, then in most cases it will allow you to use the project with all its parts on a friends pc. bset bet mate is to try it out and see imo
