What should I go check out in Miami? (Not Party Related)

I been to WMC before, and all I do when I go is party. This year, I wanna take at least one day off and go sightseeing. What should I go see in Miami?

just a couple things i think are worthwhile...

check out vizcaya, its fucking beautiful. taking a tour of the everglades can also be very rewarding. go down to little havana and get a cuban coffee and a pan con bistec. delicious!!! oleta river state park is beautiful too. its a preserved piece of miami, so its a nice look of what miami used to look like before people came and starting building. you can do kayaking there, mountain biking, camping, etc. the kayaking is the best part imo and only takes like 2 hours.

At least you won't have to leave SoBe for this, and it only takes about 30 seconds before you get annoyed by the other tourists forcing their way through the crowd to get yet another fuzzy picture of the house.

They now offer tours... you can actually tour inside for the low price of $65/person.

cuban food
and go on a quest for the best mojito

do NOT goto the World Erotic Art Museum... total rip
I've walked past it so many times so one year I decided I should finally pop in... totally not worth it. Half the stuff in it is just a copy and there is no photography allowed (thereby defeating the purpose).
