Whats the best alcohol for you ?

Okay so I’m trying to get fit so I gave up a lot of things that are bad for me like pop, sweets, fast food etc ..... but I can't give up the sauce so I need some ideas of drinks that are not that bad for you. I drank a lot of beer in the past now switched to straight hard liquor but its just not the same doing just shots so I need some low calorie drinks suggestions. thanx

Tequila...

you end up throwing up whatever you ate/drink that night...
plus you lose calories in the process. So ultimately, tequila has a negative caloric intake.

But only the bad tequila...
