anyone have experience with this?

I was looking into the insurance that wantickets offers for tickets and it's not as easy as I thought. I thought it was more that if you just don't feel like going, you could return the ticket. but looking into the details there's actually a list of covered reasons:

and another thing that bothered me was this:

Within 10 days of purchasing the Event Ticket Insurance, Mondial AssistanceSM will process a full refund of premium to you, as long as you have not already attended your event or filed a claim. No refunds shall be paid to you after 10 days of purchasing the product.

this makes the insurance option seem a lot shittier than i originally had thought. anyone have experience refunding a ticket using the insurance?

I was thinking of buying some tickets and if anything lying and saying my job required me to work those hours.
