Ok Here is the back of your mixer..

Use an RCA cable to plug each of your CDJ800's into the back of the mixer.
There seem to be two options here. 1, is to plug the RCA's into Input 1 and 2, into the CD slot. I'm presuming this is what you did.
Instead lets plug them into the line inputs (line is for anything digital, phono is only for turntables, it basically boosts the signal a lot more than the line inputs do, this could be why one deck was a lot louder than the other).
So having plugged your 1st CDJ800 into LINE input on Input 1, plug the other CDJ into LINE input on Input 4.
Another thing to note here, under the RCA connections is a little plastic arrow. Beside it tells you to take it out and flip it around if you want the channel to be a line input or a phono output. Take (what i'm presuming is a jumper, plastic thing) out and put it back in with the arrow pointing down.
Now use the Master output from the mixer and plug a separate rca cable into the master output and plug it into your amplifier or whatever speakers you might be using. You might need an adaptor here depending on the speakers you'll be using.
From what i can read, you need to get an adaptor for your computer speakers. You need to use both the red and white output under master. Get something like this:

Then just use a normal 3.5mm jack (male - male ) to plug it into your pc speakers, you probably already have one of those that you got with the computer speakers.
or something like this,

Which should work as well. Let me know what make your speakers are cause i'll know exactly what connectors you'll need if i know the model. Although the above should be right.
Having done all the above everything should be fixed.
Now finally just make sure that on the face of the mixer, at the top of Channel/input 1 and 4 that you have the switch on line and not CD or Phono.
From the looks of it, your mixer controls the master output with a fader. Make sure the fader in the master channel is up (start slowly from the bottom as not to destroy your speakers)
Otherwise you could plug the rca adaptor thing into the booth output and control the volume with the booth level, but i suggest you use the master output.
I hope that helps. Sometimes it's easier just taking everything apart and putting in each connection again making sure you have everything right.
It's probably all a little confusing above, but try it out let me know what's not working and we'll take it from there.
