Anybody Using Cubase 5?

I just ordered the upgrade and I'm wondering how people here are digging the new features. Also, any problems with stability?

well, for people coming from cubase 4, the new drum features and meldyne-like audio editing are pretty awesome. but yeah, you already had this stuff in sonar so i don't think you will find it that amazing lol.

im not running c5 (gonna wait a bit), but ive heard of only minor instability from everyone who uses it. perhaps check out the cubase forum - there doesn't seem to be anywhere near as much bitching and moaning as when c4 came out.

I don't know - Cubase's new drum tools look like they leave Sonar's in the dust. And, I never was a fan of V-Vocal, so I used the Melodyne plugin instead. It will be interesting to compare C5's pitch correction to Melodyne.

I checked it out and noticed the same thing. So far, Cubase 5 looks to be a good investment.
