What Is A Remix?
So what is a remix?
Is it someone taking someone elses idea and making it their own or is it someone elses view of the original song? Or is it something completely different?
Personally I think that it's a mix of the first two. If a DJ takes a song, speeds it up and maybe warps the vocals, making it sound cheaply done, taking him about 5 minutes and f****ing up the song then they're completely ripping the idea.
Then again if they reinvent a song, wether it be reinventing a classic, making crap good or just making a good song a good remix then it's amzing.
What do you think?
