Here's what I found on The Crow @ Pulsive Media's website, www.pulsivemedia.de(he's signed there):

THE CROW" (whose name of birth is Dirk Nothroff) appeared on the scene at the time when the first house and acid tracks were published. Techno started spreading and Dirk was fed up having to discuss about the musical programme apparently being too "rough" to appeal to quite a few club managers. Therefore he suggested to turn the first floor of the "Liberty" discotheque (located in Vlotho) into a techno-house-club. This was the birth of one of Germany's first techno-clubs took place in North Rhine-Westphalia. Within no time it all gained high popularity and became a national success. After five years of entertaining in this club and first guest appearances at several techno events, Dirk produced and published his first own tracks together with a local producer he had gotten to know in the meantime. Three of those productions ("I'VE GOT NO TIME", "PEACE OF MINE" and "FLY AWAY") established themselves in the German Media Control Sales Charts from1997 to 1999. They were followed up by the publication of Dirk's album with a major company, which had impressive record sales for a dance album. This was the beginning of DJ "THE CROW"'s national and international career.
Having quickly gained reputation with his chart successes and by various appearances on TV and on the radio, it did not take long until he was approached by several booking agencies that eagerly offered him a number of gigs. During this period "The Crow" was totally booked out working as a DJ in Germany and abroad because his unique techno-trance style truly succeeded in mesmerizing people. Due to artistic and personal conflicts, which incurred, he broke up with his production team and decided to build up his own recording studio. From 1999 to 2000 he worked simultaneously at "Go Parc" (Space Club) in Herford and as a resident-DJ. During this year he met David Rzenno who was to become his new partner in the studio. "What you're lookin' at" was not only the first result of the new team's co-work but also the very first publication of the "PULSIVE"-label. With this track "The Crow" got a strong foothold into the British market: The single entered the UK-sales Charts ("label: "Tidy Trax") and remained for several weeks in the UK-dance-and club-charts. Various remixes (e.g. for STARFUNK, DJ SHREDDA and O.E.G.) followed sharing the same recognition.
The Crow" is also responsible for projects like ÜBERDRUCK, DRUGFACE, NETSTAR and RAUMFAHRER. At present, "The Crow" is on tour in Europe promoting his current single. So look out! He may soon be coming to your area, too!
