Paul van Dyk - Hands on in Between, lossless quality?

I got the cd and this is how tracks 6, 7 and 8 look like.

7 "seems" ok, 6 maybe but 8 looks horrible.
Did I get a pirated copy?

To me they sound as good as the first 5, but I'm no audiophile.

This is what a bad mastered FLAC looks like. In theory there should be absolutely no frequency cuts AT ALL. The track in my spectral analysis is "Complicated (KvA remix)"

I'd say all your tracks look bad 7 & 8-th track look like an old FHG 320 kbps. Definetly not FLAC.

If you bought your CD you might have ripped it inaccurately, but if those are the spectrals of the .wavs, you've been had by where you bought it.
