MY Reason 5 Feature suggestions That i put in the Propllerhead Forum!
I would like to see in Reason 5 is the ability to mkke your own Rack Instruments! Some thing like NI REAKTOR 5. Make some kind of Reason open engine architecture Code for us to learn so we can make are own Instruments and Synths, so we can stop BUGGING Propllerhead to Please MAKE THIS AND PLEASE MAKE THAT!

AND

Make some kind of Software That can Record a Hardware Synth patch or a vst and turn it to a NN-XT patch!

AND

A NEW MPC style REDRUM with 16 pads with note repeat and tr 16 step record mode and that can play loops and .rex files.

Just want it to see what yall guys think?

Full dual core support.

New and more intuitive sequencer that is more friendly towards automation.

New composition area/system(sequencer related), writing melodies can really be royal pain at times.

Some sort of "audio clip" function that would allow internal support when working with vocals and long fx.

More wiring capabilities without having to use mergers and splitters.
Improved delay unit.

New synth that doesn't sound as thin as Thor can at times.

Lastly

Ability to flip the synth rack around into any form the user wants, for example maybe have the ability to make the rack twice as wide and have synths side by side.

pasting wavs in the sequencer with some options like stretchning, pitching, cutting, reversing, copying and ofcourse a rackmodul for it to add additional effects and automation. and maybe also someday the option to record directly into the sequencer from a input. oh man.

I would love to see the chorus unit to be a lot better. Chorus can be good, but the current one in Reason is hardly customizable. You can't choose the waveform, the phase, etc.

The phaser in Reason is strange too, I don't use it because other phasers are better.

I would like to see integrated audio editing, so that I don't have to use other programs. This would include time stretching, pitch changing, and all the other standards.

Seeing the redrum with 32 steps at once would be nice, but that can be like 2 options, seeing the standard 16, or 32.

oh yeah i would want a multi-effect-instrument containing compressor, overdrive/distortion, eq (with cutoff), tube-emulator, softclip, warmth, and presence etc etc.
then another multi-effect-instrument with all those stereoeffects; chorus, phasor, unison, reverb, delay and maybe another filter.
this way my projects would be really simple and i could make some really cool presets without using the combinator thingy.

all I want for christmas is an audio-in

Probably preaching to the choir, but try taking two identical Thor patches, panning each one left and right, and slightly detuning.
