Corgis

My girlfriend introduced me to these dogs, they're the coolest dogs ever. Her father has a corgi named Gizmo who lives with them and works with show horses on a farm. Apparently a lot of show horse people get corgis. I will post a picture of Gizmo pretty soon, he's really funny.

Anyways, she talked to a friend of hers and they know someone who is giving away a Corgi for free, disease free, loves to chill inside, and is a good cuddle dog. Her name is Rosie, and she's getting her tomorrow. I will also post pictures of her soon.

From what I know about them, they seem like the coolest animals on the earth, very relaxed, happy dogs. Anyone have any corgi stories?

I dunno, they always struck me as kind of useless dogs. The shape is all wrong, or something.

I've seen them before--they are pretty cool dogs. I still prefer Great Danes however.

You're thinking of Guinea Pigs.

Yeah, they look like half of a German Shepard slash collie or something. Cute little bastards.

All i know about them is that they're herding dogs. I'd assume they're loud.

I think they look ridiculous. Like sushi said, the shape is totally wrong. They're like a sausage with legs... or a millipede with only 4 legs.

IMO, best dogs are golden retrievers, but they are way too big. In a smaller dog, I would go for a shetland sheepdog or or a schipperke.

Well, because of their shape they look as if they would be able to run rather quickly and jump great distances.
