Hmm. Strange. How long do you get from a fuse? The moment it's switched on just over the course of use in a day?
also, I know stupid question, but are you using the right fuses.
Even though it could be the correct rating, are you meant to use slow blow fuses? Have a look at one of the fuese in the other units and make sure they absolutely match the new ones you're putting in the problem uint. Actually go one step further and run a meter over then both to make sure there isn't a problem with the fuses, that way you can know for sure if the motu has a internal problem.
Also, just thougt of something: with it completely unplugged from everything, slide the voltage selector switch back and forth a good few time, even srpay some switch cleaner fluid (record cleaner fluid) in there. It could be the switch is not all the way over and is shorting it out. This would only apply if it's an instant fuse pop.
