I have never fought it because its a loose loose situation, UNLESS you are positve you didnt break the law.

If you fight it though, they will make u set a date for you to come back. When you go back they will show you 2+ different angles of video from the citation.

So yeah, you can fight it. But just be warned they will have the video already cue'd up.

In Phoenix they just put them on certain areas of the freeway to get you for speeding. That's fucked up.

Light turns red as I approach intersection to make a right turn unto the freeway. I pass the line, *snap shot*, stop, move foward to see if any traffic is coming from my left and then proceed turning right. There isn't a sign that says "No right turn on Red" either.

Then you will get a ticket for "stopping past the limit line" and not a red light ticket.

The limit line ticket is WAY cheaper and i think its not a moving violation.

There's a ticket for that? I had to move up to see if there was traffic coming cuz there was a truck blocking my view.

I got a ticket that wasn't even me on the video. Hahaha When I saw the video, it was my brother driving his own car. How the hell did they think it was me, it's a mistery.

Sadly there is, i got one like 7-8 years ago at the street races down here in San Diego. He had nothing on me but that. So i got that ticket since i refused to pop my hood and i wasn't racing at that time.

if the car was registered to you then send you the ticket.

I had one taken almost 2 years ago...I kinda fought it. I admitted I was at fault but it was either stop in the intersetion or go thru. I said my brakes were bad and they were. They reduced the fine and I got traffic school to take care of the citation.

I had another one taken but I havent gotten anything in the mail and this was back in Nov. I'm thinking the camera wasnt working. YAY!
