Would it be worth having a separate party for them on another stage? I have 5 available

To be honest, a lot of these guys play smaller 500 capacity rooms. It's always hard to get people out of the city. Bringing some of these names just across the rivers to Brooklyn or Jersey already makes a huge difference. As for dubstep, I don't think you should assume that "if you play the music, the people will come"... If you are not familiar with the scene, you probably don't know promoters, partygoers, clubowners, etc., of that scene. Lack of any of those will result in a stage with no partiers dancing to it... Just my thoughts though!
Clubs like Love and Sullivan Room and Rebel, etc., have all taken years of patience just to pick up and get people to start going through their doors. So doing something so sudden as a weekend festival an hour and a half away might take that same patience of a few tries. However, if that lineup's right and it makes the people's jaws drop, you might be onto something good here
