What I know about the song:

The song I am trying to find has the same type of "vocals." in the video.
The song I am trying to find had a very strong bass, and very little other background stuff.
The song I am trying to find had these vocals, they sometimes fluctuated in pitch
The 'vocals' in the song I'm trying to find had a clear chorus... that repeated several times in the song... it was kind of a "Da-da-da-da-daa, da-da-da-da-daa, daaa, da-da-da-da-daa, da-da-da-da-daa" etc.

I think it might be a classic of some sort.
