Sales Numbers for Tracks

Hi, does anyone know how many MP3's are sold in online stores like Juno, iTunes, Beatport?

What's a good number, in general? What are some numbers for famous, less-famous, and obscure artists and genres?

Just want a ballpark idea from someone who's familiar with business. Thanks.

i would say generally artists receive 30-40% of online sales.

based on that the average income for a dj/producer i think it's between 4000-5000 a month.
