What's a good soundcard with little little to one I./.Os

Sorry if this offends anyone, but I don't live in the stone age. As A&R for my label as well as manager it gets old hearing that same track
with some slight updates over and over. My recommendation is to be become a master of your DAW and plug-ins and know them well.
