A very nice "math-rock" band. Pretty unique compared to stuff I've listened to before. It gets my recommendation.

Please elaborate on what a 'math-rock' band is please. I'm curious.

It does sound like an incredibly lame genre.

Not really sure what sets it apart from regular rock. I don't know how I would describe it. Seems like an unnecessary distinction.

A buzz word then. In other words it's exactly the same as regular rock; thus, it is regular rock.

Will check them out.

Actually, they're more like post-rock with a lot of fuzz, noise and industrial thrown in. They tend to use "math" in their creative process, but by and large they're another sooper indy post-rock band. That's not a bad thing, though.

My favourite band. I've been following them since their first album and they haven't failed me yet. I'd advise people to at least give them a listen.

65daysofstatic are good, i like a lot of their work. They're not a regular rock band, i don't see why someone who hasn't heard them has to make such a claim, and i don't see why someone who recommends 65dos later says math rock sounds like an "incredibly lame genre".

Bump, because I'm in love with these guys.

Any other bands that combine (post)rock with noise/glitch/IDM? So far I've failed to find anything similar.

At first I thought this was going to be another Richie 'Minimal' Hawtin stunt.
