Yeh I know there is no cure to it. But in spite of my god damn fucking tinnitus acting up and getting worse recently I figured there might be some of you suffering from it too and could share something you have tried, like some kind of some kind of medication or pills or ingredients, that help alleviate your tinnitus or at least keep it the ringing in the ears to a minimum.

Seriously though, why wouldn't you go and see a healthcare professional about this? I mean, it's your hearing ffs. Kinda serious, right?

They will tell you, that you have tinnitus, say that there is no treatment or cure, and you will get used to it, and then they take your money.

Try and increase your ambient noises to help mask the tinnitus. Turn on a fan or leave your pc on. It helps.
