Most disappointing live DJ that you thought would of killed it...
I know that we all have been to shows in which there was a DJ playing who you thought would kill it that ended up highly disappointing you. I have a couple, one of my least favorite being Sander Kleneinberg. I've seen him 3 times and was very disappointed each time, with the worst being Ultra 2008. His productions and mixes are quite good in my opinion and was very surprised by how bad his live sets were. Now I'm asking all of you, who was some of your least favorite live DJ sets by people you thought would of done way better?

hmm
Pier Bucci (from what I remember)
and back when I was pretty much done with trance in 2006 I went to see pvd thinking he might be good like he was when I saw him in 2005 and he wound up abletoning the vocal of As the Rush Comes over like, three tracks.
Sasha sucked back in 2005. Utter shit vibe. Steve Porter killed it that night though when he opened for him.

saw him this year and he played three different versions of for an angel.
For Hawaii to get anyone out here EDM wise is an accomplishment but when i saw 4 Strings he played a good set but I heard "Into the Night" played 3 times over the course of his 2 hour set.

Am I allowed to say Kevin Saunderson? Just found him kind of disappointing at DEMF, given the expectations and all.

pretty much all of them
when you are a music geek and have basic dj skills they all lose a bit of oomph because the whole time that you are there you tell yourself what tracks would make you go "hmmm" and they don't play.
i really hate djs, maybe im just like your father too old.

S.O.S were horrible here last year. No set structure, just banging tune after banging tune, got bored about 1.5 hours in.
Voorn @ balance launch party earlier was pretty average too, shame cos when he was here last time he was KILLER. fanciulli before him wasn't much better, again...last year he was good. both were on laptops rather than CDJ's like they were the year before...coincidence?
armin delivered a poor set @ melbourne armin only last year, but he's delivered 2 unreal sets as well, so i can handle that \
eric prydz not getting on the plane and coming to australia pretty much wins though haha.
