I said in the first post i know it's been listed in all the major download shops but was only questioning the fact that all the samples in every shop sounded exactly like Chameleon so i was curious to know whether there was a reason for that.

But the people at Bonzai were kind enough to inform me (eventually) that Iguana = Chameleon so actually the track you linked, features twice on the same release; as Chameleon and as Iguana. That means the track was originally released in 2001, not 2007 as a digital download and CDr.
