Its about time someone made a dedicated handheld aimed at emulation. I so am getting one of these. Runs MAME among other emulators. It does seem rather small though.
Can't you do all that with the handhelds that exist now? Why buy one of these?
Nice concept... if it cost like $70 USD.

You probably can I've just been out of the gaming loop for a while. Getting old I'm afraid.
I'm thinking though this might have an advantage of being designed specifically for emulation and therefore might perform a lot better. I don't know maybe someone that is running emulators on the PSP or DS or something could respond.
What do u know about the firmware? It's worth it only if it is open source or updated to work with all the formats/systems

Im just thinking, i can emulate all of these on my mobile very well(hell, i can run Win95 on if i suddenly decide that my life isnt painful enough), and i have that with me all the time, so why would i bother bringing another device along? Sure it looks more like a handheld, but ive been runing emulators on mobiles for years now and if you forget about fast paced action and (contra for instance) and fighting (street fighter) which should be played on a big scren anyway, i havent had a problem with playing anything on a small screen an mobile controls.

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to respond directly to you, just was responding to the topic in general
