its co produced by Johnny Klimek, so it was probably done before van Dyk left MFS. after MFS/Johnny Klimek, PvD kinda started going downhill (except for Out There And Back).

Out There and Back featured a lot of material that he had previously not been able to release due to the ongoing legal battle with MFS. When that was over numerous sounds became available to him again.

I would imagine that the clip you posted was perhaps an original version of Tell Me Why (The Riddle).
