fiber (sensitive stomach)
i need to add glucosamine & calcium to my combo...gonna grab some at vitamin shoppe this weekend.
also, has anyone else read/heard about vitamins that you get at the groery store being "bullshit" and there's not nearly as much stuff in them as they claim to have?

No, although it is the case that some of the vitamins and minerals might not be absorbed very well in supplement form, especially if you take them without food, e.g. vitamins A and D are fat-soluble.

i thought about taking a kids vitamin. i got those "one a day for women" and they make me light headed and nauseous. i even puked one morning after taking one on an empty stomach.

You shouldn't take vitamins on an empty stomach. It has the potential for upset, and it won't be absorbed as well without some fat in your digestive tract.

yea i tried taking them with food too and i didn't puke but i still got queasy. i dunno what it is about those womens one. maybe too much iron or something? but then again when i get my period, i think i get anemic because i get abnormally tired. like, to the point where i could just put my head down wherever i'm at and be sleeping in minutes. it sucks.
