I mean the on on B&J's album In Da Mix. Moonman (Ferry Corsten) or Paul van Dyk? Blank & Jones website says it was PVD, but in some tracklists I see Monnman. What's the deal?

Moonman, period... They've probably got mixed up with PvD's remix of Cream.

No, I'm quite sure it isn't Paffendorf remix, it has to be Moonman or PVD

I have the album and on the inlay it says that Flying To The Moon is remixed by Moonman. If u don't believe, i have also the dutch version of Flying To The Moon including full length mix of Moonman remix (6:12) and it's exactly the same than the mix on the album.
