JetBlue's "All-You-Can-Jet" promotion

http://jetblue.com/deals/all-you-ca...You-Can-JetPass

sept 8 - oct 8, unlimited travel on JetBlue for $599. taxes/fees are included for domestic flights, but they range 30-100 or more for international flights.

this is a pretty incredible deal and you break even within 2-3 trips.

thoughts?

its pretty smart marketing move on their part. it definitely looks like a deal on the surface but i dunno ANYONE who has the time to take more than 2 trips per month, hehe. I think they are betting on the fact that not everyones going to be able to get their moneys worth within a month even if they purchase the pass. So its a win-win for them. Going to places like the Carribbean would work out...but more so if you already have a timeshare there/place to stay. Lodging in itself will COST a LOT and thats normally better when purchased with a package. Domestic trips are already cheap as hell (unless you fly out to California a lot).

Too bad they dont have flights to Hawaii or Europe (if they did, i bet u they wouldnt be offering this).

But that being said, I hope people ARE able to take advantage of this...and get over 600$ worth of trips with this pass Lucky for them <3 i have school so this won't even be a possibility for me. Booo

(ooh actually i just thought of someone who COULD benefit from this pass, maybe!!! Thanks!!!)

I called Jet Blue, asking about it since I have the time then. I thought about some MIA, LA, Vegas, and some DC time with friends. They have very limited seating on flights for the promo. I am not sure if it is worth it. I would not want to be stand by like the offered for some cities.

i was told that all seats are confirmed (since you get them 3 days in advance at the latest) and that standby isn't an option.

if anyone actually does this, make sure you find out before booking.
