After reading that thread about the pizza stuffed cheesburger thingy.. I remembered some of my food inventions.

I have not tried these yet, but any input or suggestions would be great!

BREAKFAST LASANGA

This one is purely theorotical at the moment, because I need to figure out the cooking times for each element and how to go about it...

So essentially it's a lasanga tray... and layered with breakfast food.
Bottom layer you put panacake batter with syrup already blended i
Covered by a bacon weave (weave bacon strips together into a sheet)
Over that you pour omellette style egg mix, eggs, ground sausage, onions, peppers etc...
On that you layer thin toast slices
On top of that you put down shredded potatoe (hashbrowns) and cover with cheese and sauted onions

Now each thing takes to long to make, or already cooked, and will it maintain it's structural integrity (ie. eggs run down too the bottom, etc...)


MEAT CUPCAKES

This one is easy, essentially it's meatloaf put into cupcake/muffin trays, but with a twist kinda....

So you take meatloaf mix and put it in the trays, you premake gravy and freeze it in icecube trays, you take the frozen gravy cubes insert it into the center of the muffin so as it cookes it melts and leaves a gravy center to the muffin. Once it's cooked you top it (ice it) with mashpotatoes and sprinkle some chives/green onions on top as the sprinkles...


I've also made Stewie, which is a combonatin of stew with a chilli ideals, so chilli seasoning, green/red peppers, etc... that was good! mexican stew basically...

Anyone else got any homemade food inventions?
