anyone know how to take the audio from a MPG and making it a mp3?

Get a program called AudioMagic... and you select the source as 'Stereo Mix'. Play the video and hit record on AudioMagic, and it will record all of the audio playing. Stop it when you have what you need. This method is great for ripping audio clips from videos.

what i use is virtual dub, u can download it here http://www.virtualdub.org/index

nice program u can take the music out and make it into a wav dunno bout mp3 but u can always go from wav to mp3
