trance forever???

in the world music, trance wasn't my first love, it probably won't be my last. i've gone through so many different music genres and right now trance happens to be in my life. trance music has, by far, been the most emotional, uplifting, and sentimental to me than anything i have ever listened to...but how long will this go on??? i know i won't listen to trance forever and will come a day when i "outgrow" it...does anybody else feel like this??? or will you all listen to trance until your dying day???

You know, there's no reason really to worry about stuff like that...

I just listen to what I like and I'm happy no matter what I listen to.

Like you, trance wasn't my first love and probably not the last either but as long as there IS trance I'll still keep listening to it...

I hope that I listen to this music for the rest of my life. its so great. of course.. if i end up liking another genre more, i'll be fine. as long as i dont , stop liking music, cause that would blow.

Ive been listening to Trance and Techno for over 10 years now. I cant imagine myself ever considering another genre to be my prime musical taste. I will always listen to other genres, but Trance and Techno will always be what I crave. Unless a completely new genre comes out and blows my mind away.

I know that trance as we know it will not sound the same after a few years. All music evolves. My tastes will likely evolve with it.

I don't think there's any need to worry about outgrowing a genre of music. Obviously u will pass through a few genres in life. Just listen to what u like....

I, like urself didn't start off with Trance as my music genre but it is what i have become accustomed to. I don't think u can ever become bored of trance as with brilliant new releases all the time theres sumfing bound to catch ur taste

honestly, I think even if trance does evolve away from itself, or become too commercial, i can't the music making me feel any different 40 years down the road than it does now.

Before trance I was a bit of a musical drifter, I didn't feel passionate about any type of music. Trance was my first love.

I expect to be listening to trance until the day I die. I plan to raise a family of trance addicts . I've already started playing trance to my 1 year old cousin. I'm hoping that by exposing her to trance at a young age, when she's older she'll take a greater interest in the genre.
