Illegal downloads suck... unless you are downloading something that is not for sale like a live recorded dj set or something that aired on the radio. Or a deleted track that is not available for sale anymore.
Downloading has decimated the music industry which is why a lot of music is getting cheesier and cheesier. Its unaffordable to appeal to the fringe when everyone is stealing.
