You're saying the CDJ is giving the buzz? That makes no sense if it didn't present on the laptop.
One at a time, try plugging each CDJ directly in to your mac (bypass the mixer) and use that same cables each time.
Then try plugging the two CDJ's in to completely different wall power outlets (use an extension cord coming from a completely different room)
If the buzzing is still there on the recording you know it's and internal problem with CDJ for sure.
Got to radio shack (or online) and get: Shark ground loop isolator and put it between the problem CDJ and your mixer. It's only $10 so won't be the end of the world if that doesn't fix it.
Other than that it sounds like an earthing issue caused by the transformer in your CDJ and it mught be time for a service.

i remember having some of the same problems once with my old radioshow, using djm500 both outputs (booth+master) and long cables. it wasnt any diferent when from what channel i used though but it was werd as hell. the booth was plugged into a stereo and the master was plugged into a computer. when swithing to balanced cables from master out and switched that output to the stereo instead and then using the booth output to the computer it was sorted out. so it got fixed using balanced cables really but they where shorter so it might had to do with that too. check your cable length.
