Alphadelta - Somewhere Soon (demo)

Not really sure where this is going but I'd like some early feedback if poss! I have a few personal gripes - the arrangement is slightly awkward so I need to amend this (plus there is possibly slightly too many melodies going on) and the breakdown (I love, but..) sounds familiar to me.. Anyone?

Anyway, let me know what I need to fix/change/keep/re-do!

AD.

sounding good so far, yes i agree the breakdown does sound good but familiar, but what the heck, i dont think its over used.

obviously the saw lead out of the breakdown needs to be extended and i think you should change the intro (up to 49sec) and outro (from 2.55) as they are major sounding and dont quite fit with the breakdown and saw lead minor melodies although the transition to them is quite smooth.

Yes I do agree with your comments, cheers for taking a listen! I'm not sure I want to extend (or even keep) the saw lead anymore. I will definitely look at the drum sections and get them to fit more (although I do like the "transition" into the break). It's a bit all over the place as I said.. A bundle of melodies thrown into the arrangement, so your feedback is really appreciated.

The whole thing needs simplifying and I'll post an update soon.

Nice track, the idea is grate. 00264167 is right, I would add more depth to you drums (kick) and bass. Beautiful melody, well constructed and has some calmness to it. Some rework of eq will help. Good work.

Keep them rolling man.
