get a better chair and also consider standing up while jamming once in a while (if u have a higher desk on the side for example). most important work out.

this is fucking wrong, your eyes should rest between 75-90degress!!! no wonder u have problems man.
also your legs-ass-back angle should be 90 and you should have both feet solidly placed on the ground. try focus on pushing your chest forward and adjust your chair after that. dont be a caveman.
i work in an office 8-10 hours aday then when i come home i sit infront my own computer for 3-4 hours. i dont have any problems with it caus we had training at my work on how to sit properly. rule-of thumb is 90 degress in all angles.
another great tip which i do at work but not at home is to have a bowed desk so you can rest your arms good on it under your elbows. this is a huge help for people with mousesicknes.
