Can't wait for my turkey with bacon between the skin (keeps the meet moist no matter what), garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, roasted veg, & roasted artichoke hearts with queso fresco. Combining that with a full day of football makes this a near perfect day.

I want to know where you find queso fresco in the GTA. I once spent an entire Saturday going to various supermarkets and grocery stores and nobody had it.
My turkey dinner is scheduled for tomorrow, which should be interesting, to say the least. Got back a little while ago from a brunch today which involved a little bit of turkey but more importantly about 12 different desserts including profiteroles, pumpkin cheesecake, and rum balls. Should be pretty wired once this starts working its way through my system.
