Some of you may know me already. My name is Alban and I am the co-founder of Vernato (www.vernato.com); a truly unique fashion label that focuses on world cultures. You will see what I mean by when you visit our website. Read “The Brand” section as well as take a look at the line. I grew up listening to electronic music and I would like for electronic music to play a role in Vernato as well since in a way is part of me.
Right now we are looking for new and upcoming DJ's that have a unique sounds that would like to be featured on our "Hoplite Mix Sessions". You will need to mix an exclusive mix just for us. Basically, our idea with this is that we bring many different sounds from various parts of the world into one place (Vernato). This will tie into our message of Cultural Meaning. We will promote these mixes on our blog, our MySpace, Facebook, Twitter accounts as well. Bottom line is that we will promote the mixes and will promote your name as DJ as well. Our followers are from all over the world, so it will be a good opportunity for you as well to get your name out.
