If the law remains as is i say NO...

If we change the law so that we eliminate last call, allow more public consumption of liquor (such as parks and beaches) and eliminate third party liability (bars and homeowners) then I am all for a zero tolerance.

Of course No unless what you mentioned is the case.
Also do things like have the Subway open 24/7.

I think this alone would solve a lot of problems.

Definitely no. This whole argument that MADD brings forth is such a farce. The whole rationale that even one drink decreases your reaction time thus impairing your ability to drive is total bs. If this were the case, I would want to see driver aptitude tests implemented to weed out the large percentage of atrocious drivers on the road. In terms of reaction time and the effects of alcohol, it would take MANY drinks to get to the level of incompetence that some people display when operating a motor vehicle. Why should I not be allowed to have a drink at dinner when there are a large number of people out there who are much more prone to causing accidents and inflicting harm on the roads than I am with 1 or 2 drinks in my system? Also, how do you factor in how this compares to having seniors drive in respect to response time?

Might as well be zero-tolerence... stupid laws. I can't even go have a couple beers during a game because I "MIGHT" blow over...

No shit, alcohol impairs your judgment, so do does sleep deprivation, weed, busy txting/calling, fumbling for a lighter, listenin to the passenger nag at you, having a stressful day, the sun in your eye, douchebags driving with the highbeams on, parts of the road under construction for months and STILL don't have lines marked...

Fuckin traffic laws piss me off...

Can't you just let people drive, go back to the .5 to .8 rule IMO.. not this stupid insurance bullshit and mandatory suspension they have now!

I was actually able to prove this quantifiably. I went go-karting (pretty fast karts) sober and drunk, and my lap times were faster after drinking.

I was too, well, the singing part at least. Rock band on vocals before and after alcohol.
