Some Software Instruments only output in stereo. Sylenth1 only outputs in stereo.

Try inserting a Direction Mixer on the insert on your channel. There's a preset called stereo to mono.

It's under the Imaging section in the list

Give that a go

if you want a completely mono sound on sylenth just turn all the activated Osc's "stereo" knob to 0, just for future reference.
