Number of CEO's in that graph and test conditions (is there a minimum size of a company for a ceo to be concidere a ceo?) are required to be able to judge this effectively.

So are you implying there is no increasing wealth gap? I didn't conduct the study, so I am not the one to ask about how the study was done. Nonetheless, I think the study was well done, conducted with academic diligence.
